Our services are available during our operating hours, which are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We reserve the right to modify these hours as necessary.
2. Orders and Payment
All orders must be placed through our authorized channels, including in-store, phone, or online platforms. Payment for services is required at the time of order placement.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and mobile payment options.
- Pricing: Our prices are subject to change. Customers will be informed of any price changes prior to service delivery.
- Deposits: For large orders, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
3. Customer Obligations
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their orders, including garment care instructions and pickup details.
3.1 Garment Care Instructions
Customers must inform us of any special care instructions for their garments. Failure to provide accurate information may result in damage that we cannot be held liable for.
4. Liability
Aldwych Cleaners takes utmost care in handling your garments. However, we are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by customer-provided instructions.
- Loss or damage of items not identified as belonging to the customer.
- Delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and equipment failure.
5. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel orders up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
